Responsibilities

📍Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate growth strategy to drive new user acquisitions and trading activity. 📍Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns for affiliates. 📍Monitor program performance, analyze referral data, and make data-driven improvements. 📍Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and referral program participants. 📍Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve program effectiveness 📍Manage regional communities through clear communication in regards to our promotional activities 📍Collaborate with various members in a cross-functional environment to streamline all growth endeavors

What we want you to have

📍Proven experience in affiliate marketing, referral program management, or a similar role, preferably in the crypto or financial industry. 📍Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency market and a passion for the industry. 📍Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. 📍Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions. 📍Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. 📍Familiarity with affiliate marketing software and tools. 📍Able to communicate fluently and clearly in English, Korean and any other language is a plus 📍Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
